Our Catering Menu

Seafood

  • Jerk Salmon - $75

12 fillets soaked and seared in Jamaican jerk spices, topped with a sweet and spicy homemade jerk sauce


  • Stuffed Salmon - $80

10 salmon fillets stuffed with lump crab meat and topped with jumbo shrimp


  • Escovitch Fish - $75

25 fried porgies topped with onions, bell peppers, and scotch bonnet peppers soaked in olive oil and vinegar


  • Crab Leg Clusters - $100 (Full Pan)

15 crab leg clusters seasoned and steamed in olive oil, and served with garlic butter


  • Jack Daniel’s Shrimp (5 lbs.) - $85 (Half Pan)

60 to 75 jumbo shrimp stir-fried in Jack Daniel’s teriyaki sauce made with diced pineapples, minced garlic, and soy sauce

Poultry and Pork

  • Fried Chicken - $40 or $70

Leg and thigh quarters seasoned, soaked, and fried in a buttermilk batter


  • Jerk Chicken - $50 or $90

Leg and thigh quarters marinated in jerk seasoning and spices


  • Fried Chicken Wingettes - $80

20 lbs. of wingettes seasoned and soaked in a buttermilk batter and then deep-fried


  • BBQ Chicken Wingettes - $75

20 lbs. of wingettes marinated and baked in a homemade barbecue sauce


  • Honey BBQ Chicken - $40 or $65

Leg and thighs marinated and baked in a homemade barbecue sauce


  • Jerk Pork - $70 or $120

Small cubes of pork marinated in Jamaican peppers and spices


  • BBQ Pork Ribs - $45 or $85

Spareribs marinated and baked in a sweet homemade barbecue sauce

Rasta Pasta

  • Rasta Pasta - $65 or $110

Penne pasta tossed in a rich, creamy cheese sauce with red, green, and yellow peppers, onions, and fresh garlic

  • Additional $10 for 2 lbs. Chicken Breast or $25 for 2 lbs. Shrimp
  • Additional $20 for 5 lbs. Chicken or $45 for 4 lbs. Shrimp

Collard greens cooked with smoked turkey

Sweet potatoes baked in organic honey and brown sugar

A three-cheese cheddar blend baked with elbow pasta


  • Potato Salad - $35 or $65 

Diced potatoes in creamy mayonnaise with minced onions and diced green and red peppers
